10R100

The 10R100 is Ford's 10-speed automatic for the gas Super Duty, sold under the name TorqShift-G. It arrived for 2023 behind the 6.8L V8, and for 2025 it expanded to the 7.3L in non-Tremor trucks — the 6.7L Power Stroke and the Tremor keep the larger 10R140. It is built on the same 10-speed architecture as Ford's 10R80 and GM's 10L80 and 10L90, with a stronger rear planetary assembly and a manual-shift valve body. That is why many friction and steel components cross over between these units while the hard parts and the calibration do not.
