Superior Pump Flow Boost Valve for 4T65E

4T65-E AFL Valve Repair Kit

This kit addresses several issues, most notably the "P1811" Max adapt or extended shift completion, as well as various T.C.C. slip/error codes. It can also lead to starts in 2ND gear. The root cause of these problems is low pressure from AFL signal/balance oil leaks, which arise due to valve bore wear. Specifically, the wear originates from the smaller end of the balance side of the valve bore in the channel plate casting.

Solution:

Introducing the Superior K098 AFL Valve Fix. This redesigned AFL valve, combined with a spring and a straightforward cup plug, effectively halts the leak. The innovative design of the valve distributes loads across the entire length of the rear casting, offering a long-lasting solution that prevents wear and leakage. Installation is swift and hassle-free, eliminating the need for additional tools, reamers, or expensive replacement valves and sleeves.
